Not pillaged farms sometimes have the pillaged graphic or the smoking ruin graphic, wheat farms looks green, not wheat farms are wheaten, and building a landmark over one farm in particular did not remove the farm graphic 
That landmark was built a long time ago. I know it sometimes takes a while to repaint the tile, that's not the issue.
