Early (Terracotta) war anyone?

Edit: OH! Now i get it. You have to actually have the unit. I totally missed this part. I feel stupid.

I know what it is. I build it one time, and rush buy a trireme and a galeass one turn before TA end. Dumb : "it copies LAND units". :/
