Introduction
The Smilies of Forumville were a happy lot, having fun all day, and not really sleeping at night. They trusted each other, so you can imagine how shocked they were one morning when they woke up to find SouthernKing, one of the upstanding members of the community, lifeless and unmoving. Topsecret, the currently elected mayor, called the Smilies to attention.
"We've had the body examined. It looks like SouthernKing was murdered."
SouthernKing has been killed!

The crowd murmured restlessly. There were murderers in the midst of Forumville! "Where have these murderous Smilies come from?", one shouted.
"It seems they broke out of the Insane Asylum."
The Smilies suddenly got very worried. It would seem that whoever these evil Smilies were, they could blend in with the crowds.
Topsecret calmed the crowds, and spoke again. "Let's just stay calm. I'm sure a normal, cool-headed inspection of the crime scene..."
"NO!" The Smilies shouted. "Let's vote on who to kill! We can figure it out."
Topsecret sighed, but said, "Very well. Let's get a count on the voters."
