The UU doesnt keep promo +1 move so while initially strong it falls off heavy quite soon and no AI will dominate because of free amphibious+charge on a melee unit.

So what I've found is that, the Berserker actually makes a solid Tercio. The free charge is actually quite good, but the key is in the cheapness of the Berserker. I was commonly building berskers in 1 turn, move them 3 spaces and then upgrading them to Tercio. So I was literally churning out a Tercio per city per turn, all with charge, all with amphibious.

Now granted they had the +25% base CS when pillaging which is a BIG DEAL (not to rehash the arguments above) but ultimately I do think this cheap spam of tercio is a solid way for Denmark to stay relevant into gunpowder.
