I've got some extra sun mana, so the AI (as usual) is bugging me to trade it for some random resources. The Clan are thinking fish would be a good trade. Of course, I know such a trade would be a raw deal, but I wouldn't mind the extra health so I offer iron instead. Maybe these are ambrosia fish or something, but the clan think that, in addition to the iron, I should offer them copper, gunpowder, and horses for the fish.
The clan have a rather small area, so not many resources. Perhaps this is making them value what few they have rather highly. They are on friendly terms with me though, so I'm kind of surprised at their stinginess.
Additionally, I notice some of their fishing villages have discovered crabs. Can the AI be taught to pillage its own fishing villages to take advantage of their new resource?
