[BUG][G&K] wrong notification when upgrading a unit needing a resource

another little bug when upgrading a unit needing some resource (iron,horse)
if you upgrade a swordsman for ex. and you're currently using all iron you have (remaining iron: 0 on the status bar) the game sends a misleading notification that you're using more iron than you have (=>combat penalty!): that's wrong of course!

I can confirm this. I've seen the same message while doing the same thing.

You get the strategic resource deficit notification in the notifications area at the right hand side of the screen. It doesn't cause any actual problems, but it is obviously not correct that it appears and must be a bug.
