Bug or intended when capturing ships

Are these situations bugs or features

1. You cant capture ship if there is embargoed unit on same tile. It shows percentage as usual but in my experience this also always fails

1. You cant capture airgraft carrier when there are tri planes stationed. It is showing the probability as usual but in my experience it always fails. However i am not 100% sure about this as havent tried to capture an airplane so often. Can you capture airplanes?

What do you mean by “embargoed unit on same tile”?

If a privateer (or other melee ship with prizing) captures a loaded aircraft carrier, the triplanes (or whatever) disappear. Very disappointing!

Almost certainly meant "embarked".

Okay, that makes sense. And @BlackWizard that is my experience that I can never capture a ship that is stacked with land unit. The ship dies, leaving the embarked unit.
