Civ 5 save editor

This program seems useful, yet I've notice that is no option to change the file into a single player or multiplayer one. it's just stated, but like is that something that can't be changed? it's rather infuriating. that is the only detail I need adjusted.

Hey I have a Hot Seat Save and I was hoping you could add a option to change players Nickname, Leader Name, Civilization name, Civilization Short name, and Civilization Adjective For each player.
if so that would be amazing

Edit- i was able to change each option in a Hex Editor and have it change in game, but wasn't able to change the length of any name at all
