Complaints?

I am so dissapointed with this game. It is so bare bones that I dont even recognize it as a game in the civilization series.

I am returning it today.

Complaint: why is it when i'm thoroughly trouncing the AI, he still insists I be the one to give him something in exchange for peace?

It's an awesome game, but I do agree that the AI is lacking. It seems to suffer from a lot of the same issues that the Civ4 Vanilla AI had; mainly an unquenchable thirst for human blood. Other than that, I'm very happy with the game. I'm actually liking it more than I thought I would.
