I've noticed that in this specific map, you cannot start out in the western hemisphere. Now, thats all fine and dandy, but in Emperor level games, since you are allready advancing far slowly than the computer, your chances of actually reaching that continent before its fully populated is..nill. Is there any map like Earth2 which does not have that problem, and you can start in America?
