Format looks great, but is it maintainable? (i.e. how much work?)

Weirdly enough, this format is LESS work – because I dumped a couple time consuming parts that were of only limited value and this will replace a separate CIA thread.

The only part I'm worried about is the "Big Board of Science" part – I'm having some formatting issues with making that work correctly.

Any constructive criticism on how to make this better and more informative is welcomed.

If you could open the save with the HoF Mod then you could just take screenshot of the "technologies" pages as it would give exactly what you are looking for. (but I don't know if this can be done or not?)

Yeah - I would LOVE to do that - I have that mod and use it for SP, but can't seem to get it to work in PBEM (If you can figgure out how, please let me know)

But that Mod was my inspiration for the Big Board of Science... I think it could be pretty useful - if we can keep up on the inteligence.

You would have to change the mod's .ini to allows multiplayer.

I doubt that the hof mod would let you load the game though, it will only load "its" saves, anything else and it will request you to reload the game to the other mod.

The excel table is a good idea!
It would be a little more work though (more steps to input and post) so I'll wait and see if I can manage this

 format first.

In a broader sense - I hope everyone else likes the new format? I want to make it easy to get the key information about International affairs without each post becoming TOO huge.  

If there's a key piece of information I'm not tracking or something useless I am - please speak up and I'll be happy to keep refining this till we get exactly what we want.

* I added the power section – eager to hear any feedback. I know Dave guessed Piffle at 20% stronger than us, but I’m not sure where that came from. Looking at our “Power” ranking on the F9 graph screen show us about 10% higher – and that matches nicely if we assume Piffle has the strongest soldier ranking at 33,000… 10% higher than our 30,000.

* Good news, I was correct about the trades taking a turn to formalize – we can now trade Alphabet to Piffle… no sign of Metal Casting yet… at least they can’t trade with their other “friends” until they make us a deal for Alphabet.
I’m a little ticked they didn’t even have the decency to say “thanks for the free tech” – but maybe that message will come later. Oh well, as the world’s premier nation, I suppose we can afford to suffer small indignities.
