Nah, I plan to release Rio Grande, Israel and the Oyo Empire in the next 4 months. Afterwards, I'll go after other Civs and hope my Lua skills have gotten better and better.

Clearly there needs to be a potato bonus. But seriously, it's going to depend if you're sticking with just modern Latvia like the original or include more of Latvian history. Regardless, I know nothing about either one.
