Hidden ability of Siam

I heard rumor that Siam also gets more happiness from mercantile city-states and better promoted units from mercantile city-states. Is this true?

better promoted units is true (+10XP), idk about happiness

No hidden bonuses but apparently some civs have incorrect game tooltips. I read on zigzagzigal guide that France gets double tourism on all the theming in capital, not just world wonders and museum.

Yes, Greece has hidden ability that it can heal units in city state territory as fast as in friendly territory. You don't need to be friend or ally of that city state as other civs must. They also don't lose influence when entering non-friendly city-states territory
