Found a couple bugs with Allende's Dynamic Top Panel:
One, Cooperative_DTP.lua shouldn't be set as an InGameUIAddin, and should be set VFS=true; otherwise, the tooltip for the top panel's culture will break.
Two, you have an InGameUIAddin for "JFD_Top_Panel_Updated.lua", but that file doesn't exist; it's JFD_TopPanelUpdated.lua (also, the modinfo doesn't specify the folder it's in like it does for others, but I'm not sure if that changes anything). Not only does this prevent the DTP from working, but it also prevents any other InGameUIAddins (whether in this mod or others) from loading. (This is probably the source of tmxk's bug, as without UniqueAbility.lua there's nothing to stop any player from picking any tree in any era.)
