Instant Karma 3 civ/player, no AI

You can close your borders if you wish. If it makes things easier and calms your paranoia so be it. You've had far more units in my land than I have had in yours. But whatever, build castles if it makes you happy!

What else can I draft besides Jans though? I'm building unis!

Just so the rest of this world's leaders are aware.
Our ousted Brave Byzn recon units sent the attached drawing of the HUGH stack of Otto & allies' "defensive" units 1 move away from our border. :eek2:

I ask U fellow world leaders; are horses, elphants, cats, & city-attack-trained ground troops "defensive"?
Perhaps some coordination in repealing or repelling this "defensive" horde may be in order? Notwithstanding, of course, Warlord REM's public postings. :ack:

Kenwyn, how many times do I have to point out that the stack has virtually not changed in the last 30-40 turns. Here the soldiers are 30 turns ago. They were a little more split up then pre engineering as I needed slightly more flexibility with only 2 move roads. I could have gone back further if I had the saves on the machine.

As you can see, I have MASSIVELY increased the amount of soldiers there in the last 30-40 turns. So much so there are not actually any medieval units there - mainly because I have not built basically any units these last turns.

The only real new additions there are the janissaries, which of course are a great unit to draft - who wouldn't want to draft them? But they are the only thing that I can draft.

You saw these units months ago. Maybe they look scarier in a big group. Maybe you don't like the jans. But the group really has not changed much since being built to attack methinkso all those years ago. Maybe you don't like me overtaking you in score :)

As I pointed out that is the best place to keep any units I have with my landmass shape for obvious reasons. I have some jans down near imp to move to defend and some on my mitchkov border. That is a response stack.

But I'm happy for you to castle up should you wish, no bone off my back.

methinkso... where R U?
We see no posting of being away or here=?
Turn's been with U for nearly 4 days.
Any1 know of his situation?

ImpK, leader of #1, team/mob/gang... WHERE R U? :scan:

Been nearly 4 days now & no word or move... not like U. What's up? (down?) :undecide:

Four days? Has it really been that long? Woah, really sorry, I constantly slipped in more recent turns and then olain forgot about this game.

Attention everyone! I am not sure if I brought this up once already but even so it is worth mentioning it again: The ingame interface for resource trades in a game with several human players, especially if everybody controls several civs each, is incredibly user unfriendly and can thus not easily be used to ascertain who has what resources available for trade and is in need of what other resources.

I thus propose that everyone posts here in this thread about which resources they would be willing to trade away, so that other players may be able to see if someone else wants something they have several of.

I'll start:

France would be willing to part with:

Crab
Iron

Celtia would be willing to part with:

Sugar
Rice
Corn
Copper
Wine

Maya would be willing to part with:

Silk
Corn
Wine
Iron
Cow

France is btw the civ most in need of happiness, so any deal you make with me would probably involve me sending you a resource from Maye or Celtia and you sending one to France.

Come on you guys, hasn't anybody ever read Adam Smith?

Btw KenWyn do you really think I don't see your army marching towards my northern border? Turn around before you do something you'll regret.

Yes, BTW, we ARE aware of Smith & his rather accurate propositions... why do U think no one wants to help massively expanding, BIG #1 Leader's civs?

Of course your closing of borders just because i too want/need mid-continent resources, is NOT conductive to free trade. :nono:

Rep ImpK seems to think because my Portuguese settlers are well-escorted to prevent his double-move Gallic Warriors & assorted other melee units from wiping out MY new city(ies*), that means something else. Do i sense paranoia?

* BTW, U will be happy to know i had 2 settlers on the way to create TWO cites...BUT your 3 (4?) new land-grabbing instant cities prevented my Ports from doing so.

Since i DO have a fair amount of strength
in the area & you HAVE pushed your civs WAY beyond others as far tech, wonders, Grt People, perhaps it is U that should consider gifting a couple(?) of them to me & your other neighbors that U have so brazenly grabbed land from. :hmm:

I strongly suggest U make such a gracious gesture very soon. To quote thee: " Turn around before you do something you'll regret."

Trade embargos & closed borders are SO very costly & un-Adam Smithish. Especially for BIG, bloated, expensive, over-expanding civs. :spank:

Your move. Consider carefully your options & the future of our previously prosperous trading. :salute:

So sorry for the delay this time around. Went out of town and forgot to let everyone know I wasn't available. I'm back now though and posted the next turn.

Getting pretty crowded in mid-continent. :wow:

Be gentle with my nice protective units pls. :please:

Would you look at that, in a stunning move that surprised absolutely no one, KenWyn's army he rallied right next to my border, consisting mostly of city raider promoted units and siege, has invaded my territory.

Link to video.

KenWyn, turn back now before it's too late. I'm giving you once chance to forget this awful business and move on. I'll just refer to your signature here.

Oh btw, turn on hold until this has been resolved.

Sorry I've been on nights and have been struggling to get the more complex games turns done. Last one tonight so should be able to play tomorrow.

And we are back on track! I'm much freer now to actually take the turns.

When in the course of human events it becomes necessary, then action must be taken. It is with a sad profound heart that the Spanish/Ottoman/Aztec trio have to take actions against their swollen neighbours.

To the battlefield! :splat:

Also it would help if I actually uploaded the turn!

I'll be honest, I'm very curious as to who you actually mean by "swollen neighbors"...

Did you not just close borders with me and cancel all our trades! That was rather mean was it not?

I did after I noticed a huge stack of Cuirassiers right on my borders...
