Is pornography a legitimate form of art?

Obviously pornography can be art, it's just tends not to be the primary intention behind it.

Whether it is pornography or not, isn't really dependent on how it is produced, but the method of production matters like hell if the question is whether people might have been exposed or abused in the production. Paintings, drawings etc. are essentially just some guy, or gal, putting the contents of their heads on display thourgh the means of a skill, a craft.
