I cannot remember ever thinking of Abashi as any gender other than female. Meanwhile Eurabatres is Synonymous with "power" and Acheron is synonymous as "annoyance." I must also remark that it makes a lot of sense to me that Drifa is female.
While I believe FF's Coattlyn is male, I imagine him more as a prepubescent teen rather than any real maturity, and think it fitting if there was a more powerful Dragon created by Kilmorph/Kalshekk to acompany Coatlynn as an older cousin/sibling.
