This is something I encountered in my last game of C3C. I don't think the problem is confined to C3C as I remember it happening some time ago with vanilla or PTW also. If you (1) have a spy, and have last selected an enemy with a large army so scrolling is needed to see all his units on the F3 screen before you exit, then (2) wage war and reduce his army to a few units, so scrolling is no longer needed to view all his units, and (3) go to the F3 screen (using mouse and icons, NOT keyboard shortcuts), the scrollbars are still displayed and his units are not all visible. Click the scrollbars to correct the problem and the game will hang or crash. This is not the F3 bug as reported below but may be linked to it, so I am posting here about it.
