We have no interest in allowing a base in our country. You're not exactly doing this "terrorist organization" thing very well. I suggest you consult AA.
The Socialist Front has noted that any attempt to defend Africa should include all African nations for the best chance of success, whilst any attempt to defend Socialism as a whole should include all socialist nations for the best chance of success. It is their opinion that attempts to combine these roles will be doomed to disaster as there are not enough resources in Socialist African Nations alone to defend both Socialism and Africa.
The DARE Government has expressed their support for the idea of preventing potential Imperialism in Africa, but has a number of questions about the defenitions of 'Africa' and of 'Intruders'.
1: An issue near to our hearts, does your view of 'Africa' include the Sinai Peninsula?
2: Do you consider The Knights of St. Malta or Canary Atlantis, both of whom have extra-continental capitals and continental holdings, to be intruders?
3: Would any external state taking an African protectorate (OOC: Client State) be viewed by you as an intrusion?

Dem's pointed out that without any sort of check on their agent growth, the NGOs have the potential to eclipse the players... hell, even by next turn. As such, auto-production no longer looks like a feasible option, so I'm considering some combination of the following revisions:
- Terrorist agents cost 5 gold to train, and the amount available per turn is capped at the number of bases.
-- Agents are hard-capped by spy tech x #bases.
-- Agents incur a support cost.
- Terrorists receive a new spy mission to draft agents directly from a target country's population.
-- They can no longer train agents directly, but bases increase success odds against the host country.

42 Nihonjin have been questioned and have refused to worship the glorious Tenno Heika, the disrespect shown to the Tenno, who is an akitsumikami. This merited their immediate liquidation for treason. Post mortem analysis uncovered that the individuals executed were from the rebel region of the Jinrai Republic. This has led many Kannushi and scholars to argue that a Seisen should be declared against the clearly apostate rebel region. However the Emperors Spokesperson called for calm and argued that coexistence was still possible in the long term if the Jinrai republic publicly acknowledged the divinity of Tenno Heika and declared themselves clients of Yamato.

Tennoheika has decreed in the most recent gathering of international representatives that the answer for the three issues for discussion regarding formatting and sanctions on an inferior foreign nation shall be "nay to all". In acknowledgement of the glory of Tenno Heika and his divine majesty, the Kotei of the Empire of the Setting Sun and the Ouja of New Britain quickly supported the Imperial decree against any Gaikokujin who would oppose the imperial order. His Majesty's government is reported to be pleased at this recognition of imperial authority.

His Majesty was seen drinking tea at a small family run tea shop in the unfashionable backend of Kyoto and saying it was "excellent tea". The immediate 5000% increase in sales has led to the discovery that a teamaster employed by the shop was responsible for the tea which had been blessed by imperial favour. This discovery resulted in a member of the nobility granting his patronage to the teamaster to establish a new shop in the fashionable part of town near the imperial palace. The Jasmine Dragon Tea Palace opened for business on the 1st day of the 6th month.

We shall not embargo the Empire of the Setting Sun right now. We view their actions justifiable as the people were going to start a rebellion, and the Emperor had every right to stop it (although the means were cruel). We also stand by and support the Empire of the Setting Sun. Alaska offers a trade pact and a NAP to the Empire of the Setting Sun.

Shogun Shiden looks over the maps of the expanding Jinari Shogunate. He was given advice on that his previous expansion was not possible with the current troop levels. The Shogun ponders then drafts a final piece of the claims map:
What gave Shogun Shiden much worry and grief is their next door neighbor, Yamato. With news of their citizens being ruthlessly executed for not worshiping the emperor.
"Preposterous" Shogun Shiden stated in a sharp tone "they expect us to deify their leader and make us a client of Yamato?! These bullies come to us as if they own the place, demanding that we become clients to them!" The Shogun sat behind his desk, overlooking the skyline of Tokyo. "Next thing you know, they'd be bullying Hokkaido and the rest of the region." Shiden shook his head and puts down a bottle of sake "The Yamatos are trapped in their old ways, still clinging onto the ideas of the old world"
The Shogun's trusted lieutenant then stated "Well, it's clear that the Yamatos have imperialist intentions. Hell they even raised a storm over claiming a part of their region."
"It's not a big supprise" Shiden said as he looks at the skyline "The Yamatos look down upon us and insist that were rebels." Then he spun his chair to face his trusted lieutenant "Yet were a sovereign nation. Rose from the ashes of the old world. We did not 'rebelled' against the old government. The government fell from the powergame incident!"

The Empire of Yamato reminds certain nations of their pre-existing statements of good intent and co-operation towards Yamato and assures them of our continued benevolence should they refrain from associating themselves with the rebel regime of Jinrai.
We would also state that anyone who makes themselves an ally of Jinrai will face the disfavour of the Tenno. Any state who makes themselves an ally of Yamato can be assured that we will never take up arms against you, and that the paternal protection of the Tenno shall come to them if an enemy should arise that seeks to wipe them out.
We do not negotiate with rebels and traitors.
The Tenno however, in his merciful benevolence and in the hope of avoiding the horrors of war, gives his word to his people in the region occupied by the Jinrai rebels that no hostility against them will come from Yamato so long as the occupying government acknowledges the divinity of the Tenno, and takes no action offensive to the sight of Tennoheika, and of course so long as it does not associate with filth such as the USSR and promptly renounces all association and treaties with them.
