For all those that still have doubts about how pbem games works here is the steps:

1 - Receive the email with the save game
2 - open the save game
3 - play your turn
4 - end your turn
5 - exit civ
6 - go to ...\Sid Meier´s Civilization 4\Civ4Saves\Pbem\New Noob Pbem\
7 - sent the turn file to the next player by mail

recieved the file from kienkdtt, but it says to DeafDolphin on it, so I forwarded it to him

Hate to be the bearer of bad news... I got an email from Deafdolphin saying his PC got fried. He was not certain when he would be able to get it running again.

BTW, between days 23/06 and 26/06 i wont be able to play, since ill have to travel in these days.
