This implies that only 2 engs can be working on a tile at the same time. True? I'm "pretty sure" that 2 can work at the same time.

You have to rotate through the engineers one at a time and keep them in a particular order for their efforts to pass onto the next engineer and have the work be able to be done in one turn.

When a ship approaches and deposits some unwanted units next to your city, don't demand that they remove them right away. If you do, they just get on the ship and re-appear again. If you wait a turn, your demand will send them away for a long time.

I thought they always were transported immediately to their closest city when I ask them to leave. Didn't know they went back on the boat?
