UU: Spetsnaz (XCOM Squad Replacement)
Elite Russian XCOM Squad especially useful when attacking cities or when fighting within your own borders. When this Unit captures an enemy city, all other cities in the enemy's empire enter a period of Resistance.

UB: Military-Patriotic Club (Stadium Replacement)
1 Great Work of Music slot. 1 Musician Specialist slot. +25 XP for all Units. +1 Local Happiness for every complete ring of owned tiles surrounding the City.

+1000 Golden Age Points when completed, and +1 Golden Age Point for every 4 Citizens in the City.

25% of the Culture from World Wonders, Natural Wonders, and Tiles is added to the Tourism output of the City. Tourism output from Great Works +25%.

-1 Unhappiness from Boredom.

[Boombar]

Very underwhelming. its almost like you are playing a civ without any UU or UB because they come very late when the game is already finished in 99% of the cases. UA is like a crappy version of England. 25% against cities is very horsehockey too.
