There was an article the other day on my news site about 5000 exoplanets having been discovered. Someone grouched about why should we hyphenate them? Just call all of them planets and be done with it.
Well, I know the names of the NINE planets I learned in childhood. Then I learned a few names of some of the Moons. In my view, if people can rattle off decades' worth of statistics in hockey or baseball, they should be able to remember the main planets, the largest moons, and the named dwarf planets in our solar system.
(There's a YT channel hosted by a British female astrophysicist who doesn't know how to pronounce "Makemake"... )

I have a leaky roof. Or rather the house has. I grabbed the potholders from the top of microwave and they felt moist which was odd but since I was wearing cycling gloves and had been running errands at garage and outdoors it didn't occur to me to be worried. Maybe the gloves were wet sor something.
After taking the meat out of oven it turns out that back wall tiling is wet. The water is running by the outer of wall of chimney behind a couple of kitchen wall cabinets which isn't the worst case scenario, yet. It seems likely that the leakage is somewhere in the sealing between chimney & roof rather than in the roof itself. Lovely. I wasn't planning to live in an aquarium.

I used to have a wifi connection that went dead/moderate data packet loss every time a kitchen microwave turned on or the cordless phone rang. They are all on 2.4GHz.
It drove me crazy for weeks until I figured it out.
Uh, if that's what it is, don't drill a hole through the firewall in a house that separates the garage from the rest to run an internet cable.

Na, it's also ethernet. My mobile connection is fine though. So I might stream Netflix later today to my laptop tethered to my phone, let's see.

based on impressions from various things , ı have to judge that ı have failed to notice that ı was wrongly accused of being in action , in places . This presumably arises from contacts which are engineered out of presumed risks of the r16 saga which is about into its 17th year . Possibly ı don't have a right to tell you people on whom you can speak and you can't , but also consider the risks ... He/she might not mean harm to you , but if the thing is deemed workable , a karate chop to the neck and you will find yourself at the mercy of foreigners , who demonstratively do not care for you . Do not follow r16 , some 8 billion people do not . Yes , there is always risk of Guantanamo or many local varieties , but Americans are not coming ; short of Putin nuking Washington .
I haven't watched any of those series - although at least they have high production value, unlike anything you'd see here on tv. But maybe you are referring to the governor of Smyrna? (who, as I said, actually has the surname of my family, from my mother's side)
