Good Q. Didn't know I could until 1st turn they were Mayan. Besides, thot they would elim'd when original owner recaptured them; as happens with AI workers.
Yes, the loss of an excellent GG = costly, especially since he was 49/50 experience level.
But that was the tradeoff to stop your brutal destruction of our friend
.
Didn't make the same mistake with the 3 our amphibious chariot just captured.
Yep, the war continues Big #1. Your offer was interesting but a bit lite considering YOUR tremendous wealth + the situ your invaders are in... now that U (luckily) dropped off those horsearchers. Their galley is at the bottom of the straights.
My friends the
& i (& perhaps others) are happy to continue the battle to free THEIR homeland island.
But since U seem to be rational & reasonable fair in these matters, i/we
propose this as a solution:
We stop where we are. Declare Peace. Then, as soon as both the cities now in unrest due to being captured, are under our control, we gift them back to
& leave their island for at least a century?
Our units will either be jumped back to homelands or if not, we will guarantee their safe passage home.
Please, before U jump to a rejection or propose another large payoff... look at what will happen in the next & following turns if we are still at war.
Among other things the fate of your exploring galley in Korean waters is doomed & unless U get lucky, the commando chariot & it's galley will have more time to plunder your resources with little risk to them for several more turns. Besides, their loss would small & save Maya from having to support them.
We await your response herein or a reasonable Peace offer within game.
Respectfully, KenWyn of the Mayans
