If he doesn't want to continue, you should contact Eclipse for the admin pwd. But we should warn you: xakzen's position doesn't offer many prospects. He's more or less the weakest of the remaining 4 civs and just trying to survive until the end of the game. (A while ago he had offered to gift his remaining cities to me, but I declined, because that would have pushed me over the domination limit.)
