Me and my buddy are playing open play on RTW historical. We want to know if there is any way for Germany and Italy to share the same tech and allow Italy to have the fascist industry?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What if I go into your worldbuilder file in notepad and fool around with the first few options at the top there?

I see it says no Tech brokering and no tech trading... Would I just have to delete those lines of code or would I have to actually add new code that allows tech trading and brokering?

What is tech brokering by the way?

That may work.

Tech brokering is trading techs you have not developed yourself.

I actually went into that worldbuilder file and I made it so we were both team=0. Now we have the same tech and we can both research the same thing. Worked out perfectly
