Anyone know how to run the game on a second monitor. I'd like to play it between matches of other game instead of wasting my time browsing social media
Running Civ 3 on second monitor

I've done it a few times, before I moved my second monitor on my home PC to be the 3rd monitor on my work-from-home work laptop. I'm running Windows 10.
Two things to pay attention to:
Civ3 will start on the "main" monitor. Be sure that you use the "Display Settings" popup (right click on the desktop) to determine which screen is "main", or screen 1. Pre-move the browser window, Windows Explorer, Steam library, or anything else you want to screen 2 before starting the game.
Be sure that monitor has a compatible screen resolution before starting the game. On my laptop, the default resolution has WAY too many pixels. I manually set the screen resolution on monitor 1 to something more like 2008 (say, 1360 x 768) before launching the game. It can handle that. After I exit the game, I set the resolution back to the default.
