Scottish mod for Warlords?

I had a mod which I can't remember the name of that allowed me to play Scotland with a St Andrews flag...

Anyone remember the name of the mod? Civ IV Gold?

Anyway, does this work with Warlords yet?

Yes, Civ Gold 3 works for Warlords.
