This is the Tsar thread, here you may make requests to the Tsar about the game. Upon the rise of a new Tsar, he is to creat theirown Tsar thread, and the previous Tsar thread will be out-dated.

I will constantly update this post with requests and their progress.

I can play the TS if you are busy Vandal, in fact I will nominate myself for Tsar if you need to take a less active role for a little while. I know how busy RL can get and I know you have quite a few other obligations.

'Tis true LC, RL is a hassle at the moment. Therefore I shall abdicate as Tsar.
