Theres so many great meats, lamb, duck, beef, shrimp, lobster, crab, shellfish, pork, rabbit the list goes on and on.

In general I would say beef - I love steak and roast beef.

But then I thought about Pork Tenderloin and Pork Backribs... I don't have either often because of the cost and the work involved - but they're the best.

Are there enough buffallos to eat?

The fact that they are delicious has led to a dramatic rebound in their population. There are now plenty of buffalo farms on the western plains. They grow well there.

In a addition to buffalo I like duck, goose and cured pork things best.

Lamb or Beef, can't decide. Kangaroo is pretty good too, though I only tasted it once. Crocodile I don't really like that much, it seems to have a bit of a sour aftertaste.
