I think that the Elephant unit could possibly be from south-east Asia. I remember reading in research about the Khmer that they would mount large crossbows on the backs of elephants to use as large weaponry. The gold on the caps is also a usual style from SE Asia. Maybe Thai, or Khmer? One can only hope.
