    Wait nevermind. I fixed it. I ran regedit, searched for the terms civilization/civ and deleted a couple things and it worked. Whoops sorry for double post. In all the other forums I'm a member at the posts automerge.

    What Graphics Card Should I Get?

    You should open up your computer case, look at the sticker on the power supply unit and right down whats on it. If your power supply unit is crappy/weak (if you bought a computer premade odds are it is) and you get a decent video card it might not have enough amps to support it.
