If 4 civilizations research Meditationat same time and all 4 finish research at same time, which civ gets buddism religion first (considering that only first to research Meditation gets buddism)?

I bought game from e-bay and it had no manual, can someone scan his manual and send to me please? Will there ever be official pdf version sometime?

This is very obvious feature that present in almost every game, but cant find it in civ4. Will it be added in patch or can someone write mod or explain how do it manually (editing config files)?

I'm not sure if there is build in voice chat, but there is 3 options in Advanced>Options Audio tab: Enable Voice Chatting Voice capture device Voice playback device If there is working voice chat how do you use it?
