Hi. Saw one of your posts saying you were in your 60s.

I'm curious as to how this effects your views on the civ series and gaming in general. It must be a different experience for you to go through late game and having experienced it.

I was a Jarhead at El Toro in the 70's and twice volunteered for firefighting until CMC ended the practice. I remember the "real" firefighters getting discouraged when the Santa Ana winds blew the fires out of control. Looking down on Orange County from GoogleEarth shows me the whole area east of Cleveland forest is now built-up housing. It all used to be citris farming back then. A fire must be pretty expensive these days. Hope you're safe.
