what pisses me off about the Huns is they seem to raze every single city they capture. I realize this is their UA but still. In my first game they could have had at least 4-5 plus puppet cities that they burned down. There few cities were surrounded by ruins of Dutch and other cities. Why...

It's pretty decent. I like how it can turn useless tiles into really good ones. This is what I like about Gods and Kings, it seems to level the playing field, because even if you get a crappy start you can find a way to turn it around if you play your cards right.

I agree with everyone when they say the classical era is too short. Considering it entails from anywhere around 500BC to 500AD (or whatever you think it should be) it's too short. I think adding a few techs would help address the problem, but I think there is probably a better solution which...

I do see your point about there being too many possible moves for the AI. I'm not an expert on how AI works but wouldn't it maybe be easier for them to figure out moves since they know where they need to go and there is hardly anything blocking their path? Your right about sea becoming another...

I don't know if anybody said this already but I think natural wonders that give faith would be pretty cool. A lot of religions have natural wonders that hold significance to them.

I think they should just add different leaders for some civs. England, or Germany could easily have two different leaders which with it's own UU/UB. I think having 3 for each wouldn't work.

I don't like the future era myself, so I would always block it. Might be useful for other things too, it should be an easy option for them to add.

My guess would be that it could be expended in a city which builds a naval academy and all naval units built there have a 15-20% attack bonus, or speed bonus. I don't think a costal fort really makes much sense because that would still be a land based fort, so the GG should be building it.

If its early in the game settling them is good if it fits in with your plan, but I generally save them to rush wonders or techs. Normally I'm beelining deep into the tree and the scientists helps out with that, and then my GE can build those wonders that would take forever to build. I think...

I normally just build 5 cities and puppet other stuff. At that point anyways there normally isn't that many good spots left to build cities on
