ok i got paint shop pro and got it figured out except for one thing. if i want to edit a picture of an existing file i dont know what file to open to edit

ok paint shop pro, there isn't by chance a freeware version of that is there

this may seem like astupid question, but what does everyone use to create new unit pictures for flics, and where can i get it?

i am creting the civ with the copy tool and then editing it in the .bic file what i ment was that none of the solutions that i found in forums worked

i have a problem. whenever i make a new civ during a random turn in the game the game crashes. i have looked in every forum and cannot seem to find any reasons why this is happening. if anyone has any info that could help i would greatly appreciate it

well actually the problem occurs a random nuber of turns into the game when I play with edited civ

um, i have a question. i made a civ but when i try to play the game with them it crashes. any ideas why this is happening?
