creating new unit animations. one question....

this may seem like astupid question, but what does everyone use to create new unit pictures for flics, and where can i get it?

You need a graphics program such as Paint Shop Pro, and a utility called Flicster, which is available in the utilities section of this site.

ok paint shop pro, there isn't by chance a freeware version of that is there

It's not freeware, but you should be able to download a trial version for free.

ok i got paint shop pro and got it figured out except for one thing. if i want to edit a picture of an existing file i dont know what file to open to edit
