I don't get much playing time (wifebug2.2), I play on a tiny map with 16 civs and go from there. I like the challenge and when I start with nothing but tundra and glaciers around me makes it very interesting.
But if it makes you happy to do that and you get the enjoyment out of it, than KEEP...
I am very interested to know this as well.

I personally don't like the idea.
its just another unit you have to micro manage.
What the game needs is space to create your own civ with out deleting another.
Every thing must go fast and nuts (no time to think).
How is it for you?
Do you concentrate on offensive units,defensive units, settlers or what?
Give me a little insight on what to expect (brieffffff)
I might just try it for the heck of it (haven't gone higher than Warlord)
