Playing gotm_134, exceeded 100K cultural a couple of turns ago, but CIV plays on! Is there some aditional requirement to score a cultural 100K victory?

Hi civ_steve: In regards to COTM 67 I've played several turns now above 66% but the game is not announcing my conquest victory. I'm now at 69% land mass. I don't know if I should submit what I have. I do feel like I should have been awarded an earlier date for victory though. Please let me know what to do.
