Ok, look at the 3 screenshots and tell me what's going on. In my opinion the AI cheats.... (playing Americans, deity) Harbors evereywhere, but for some reason no resources in my cities on other continent.....

I agree with Red. Even on the higher levels, it works fine for me. Of course it's a matter of speed in some games, but after 100 turns or so, there's no real difference. As I said, try my strategy and you'll find out. :cool:

To be honest, until yesterday I was using the pirated version and since today I have the official one. This has nothing to do with not wanting to buy the official version, it's merely a matter of not being able to until last week in Europe. I've tried (together with some other fanatics overhere)...

Imho it depends a little on the civ you're playing, but with my favorites (Egyptians) I start always the same way; 4 warriors (which have to go to all four directions, getting in greater circles around my city so I don't have to worry about barbs), 1 settler, then depending on how Pyramids turns...

I agree completely with warp. Thing is that there are still lots of people who have slower pc's etc. which will makes things more difficult to do a MP. As far as the SP goes, great new options. Buy it :goodjob:

Slightly different, but what happened to me when I had the "elimination" picked, next to some other things at a huge map with continents: Everyone just came to my continent to be wiped out by me. I was just taking that one city of theirs! Not a real thrill, I had a victory after 1 hour of...
