yep, turn based games are completely fine with this controller. I would not play FPS games, as you can see on the video, player has to lift the finger & go back when he reaches end of the square area.
634mil can buy a lot of healthcare, outside of US, that is.
The upgrade thing is hilarious. Admitting that system is broken? I've read about insane amount of data being transferred from server per each connection.
They might want to do wait until one person managed to get insurance. :D

You also need appropriate technology researched, which is steam power. Not sure if it also reveals coal. In addition, trade advisor should have icon for each resource.

You must have huge maps or something, as I don't see this at all. AI logic is done between turns. IT takes more time to do this if there are lot of AI cities, and units, like in late game. This has been probably discussed a lot, so you might want to use search feature and find existing post on...
I've noticed similar thing, Bismarck begged for peace each turn before losing city, after I crushed him with Keshiks. is that what you are doing too? Perhaps CIV V creators know that there's no defense against Keshiks so AI civs always beg for mercy?
steam version also has code, just it won't ask you to enter it, since it gives it to you. you have to install steam to play game. i see no advantage downloading it from another online source.
that thing can't even run civ iv properly, forget about civ v
wait between turns is cpu bound (CPU processes AI moves)
and last, you can run civ v from any computer, but only one at the time. not sure if steam offline mode will let you run them at more than one
Serbia's existing score against both Romania and Lithuania is impressive. Serbia has to win only one of next three games (with two draws), while France has to win all three.. No doubt France's most difficult and important game is against Serbia, so if they are good, they'll still have some chance.
