It doesnt appear on the mods list ingame. I placed the "UI - CityPanel" folder in the "Mods" folder. This is correct, yes?

Please, consider this upgrade path change Chariots to xbow Knigt to lancer to cav Pike to musket Would be more logical imo, since your promotion choices depend on unit type. (Amongst other things of cause :-) )
