Wow now that is slick... Convert them with a missionary and bomb the crap out of them! I have to try that! What is the range of the 20% bonus? 2 or 3 tiles away?
This may be a odd question but do I get all of the bonuses from the computer's/other player's religions when they spread their religion to my cities?
For example if I am Egypt focusing on wonder building and my neighbor Spain starts Christianity and then spreads that religion to my city will...
That's rather odd since none of my 5 friends who are all playing this map have this problem. gandalfbmg do you have patch 1.17f by chance? Just curious... Anyone else having trouble with starting location placements?
What idea I would like to get some feedback on after some people have the opportunity to try the maps is if I should include 4 islands in each of the four corners. The islands would not be large but would make naval power more essential than the current land connected map.

I try this and some civs just attack me for no reason... I THINK that they either have a much larger army than myself or there isn't any room left for civs to expand to on the map and I just happen to be the guy with the smallest army.
I try EVERYTHING to get them not to attack me including...
City Goveners still make workers... Even after I set it to NEVER build workers... This bug is STILL here and is ANNOYING AS EVER! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE fix this bug!
It appears to happen when:
I tell it to NOT make units (land, air, water) and all the city improvements are completed...
City Goveners still even though I set the build workers to NEVER for all cities and checking it over and over still build workers. I am unsure if some other build setting overlaps build workers and it is triggered from that or what but the NEVER BUILD WORKER city govener function does not work....
I prefer Persia or France but I am a "peaceful nation". I always try to out research the other civilzations and monopolise all the wonders that I can. I build a small but definately powerful army of defense: spearmen -> pikemen -> muskets -> etc.
I try and stay out of all conflicts possible...
Didn't see anything concerning the Coastal Fortress city upgrade or SAM Missile city upgrade so I am to then assume that they are either fixed in the patch and not mentioned, missed or ???
The city governer builds privatiers which is mentioned but it also even after specifically asking NONE...
