Windows XP Problem

I wrote the editor in Windows 98 and it works fine. If it is having some problem, I would guess that Windows 98 and Windows XP file handling mehod are different and it results in this problem.
Is there any other XP users that are facing the same problem?

Hi,
The checkboxes are for you to turn technology on or off. In case you accidently check all the technology for one era and the system does not allow you to progress.
Remember to leave at least one technology in each era unchecked.
The civ game usually crashes when there is not enough...

Did you add or delete anything, when you edited the rules?
Try starting a new game. It the tech. tree revert to normal, it means that the editing you did somehow move the tech. tree info in the mod file, so it is messed up.

Tiny map : 8
Small map : 12
Standard map : 16
Large map : 24
Huge map : 32
You can edit the optimum number of cities using the Civ3Edit in the game directory. Open up the Civ3Mod.bic file.
