Hey folks. I presume that all players suffer from the long waiting times when there's lots of civilizations playing. Are there any ways to shorten the turn times? Would it be a matter of your computer speed even? Conquests is a real good game but the long waiting times just ruins it for me...

I'm a new player to CTP2, (and an old player of Civ, Civ2, CTP and Civ3) Anyway....is there a site where people can trade and download custom scenarios? I've got a cravin' for a WW2 scenario!

I was so enthused when i bought Civ3, i was even more when Gamespot gave it 9.7 and the best game of the year award (wasn't it?). Well here's my verdict on Civ3; could've been a lot better! Ok sure they added some neat things like strategic resources and better diplomacy but i just feel CTP2...
