Although forest are a strong ally for a city that doesn't have hills. We can get a good production in a city with lumber mills and railroads on them. And we don't loose food in that tile... :)

For my first post here, i would like help on how to carry missiles in submarines. I've built some submarines but they always have the cargo space in 0/3... What kind of missiles can i carry to them? How do i build them? Thanks
