Warrior one SW may open up the possible seafood resources at the cost of two settler turns. If you're feeling adventurous, moving the settler SW may take you to coast at the expense of flood plains.

Though it didn't matter - you could have always chosen the select religion option so any open technology could have become judaism, no just monotheism. Just in case you have to reload in the future
If we're altering geographic locations and modding the Andes, why not add horses to the new world and allowing some degree of balanced resources. This gives the western hemisphere a chance when the east comes visiting before the age of tanks.
