Fantastic explanation, ty very much. You are correct, looks like I have massive deficits of productivity in pretty much all my cities, when it comes to food and production. I am about 9-10 techs higher than the 2nd highest tech leader, so maybe that's why? My cities' tile assignments honestly...

Hello, I am rather new to Vox Populi, and am still figuring the core mechanics out. In my current game, I have just defeated an enemy civ with a warscore of 90, and they "capitulated" to me as a vassal state. I have read all of the logs in the civ-pedia but 2 things are still not clear to me...

Ok nvm, I got it to work. I wasn't enabling the "(6a) Community Balance Overhaul - Compatibility Files (EUI)" mod, which caused everything to crash. Thanks to the person who tried to help me.
