Diplomatic visibility is when you click on their civ what you know about them. it can include I believe things they are doing, seeing what is built in cities, and I think at some point you get a military bonus for knowing their movement. Spy can increase it as can other things like trade route...
If AI launches exoplanet expedition, is the only way to stop their victory to eliminate all their cities? Or achieve some other victory condition before it arrives?
Weird I still have -10 loyalty from occupation grievance with city founder a turn after eliminating the civ. Not sure how grievances are going to go down with the civ dead.
I did think it was a supposed feature and not bug. I was hoping there was some way to mitigate it other than wait many turns. I guess just do the things I would normally do to raise loyalty. I don't think there is a simple way for me to eliminate grievances with a civ. From a gameplay...
I have a save from before peace as I saved it, but something before I occupied any of the cities would have been awhile ago.. Its ok since its a somewhat new game. I will just stay at war with Dido and attack the other civ influencing my cities. I was likely to do military victory anyway. Also...
I didn't make peace same turn that I captured the city. I have had them for awhile. During the peace option they ceded the cities all to me (after making me pay gold to them). I have attached a screenshot showing how much the occupied penalty is hurting my loyalty the turn after the peace deal...
I am trying to keep a bunch of small cities from flipping to free state and eventually AI. When I am at war with the main civ I get a bonus for garrison, but then when I made peace I lose my loyalty garrison bonus and then gain a negative loyalty: occupation grievances city founder. Which is...
I was playing on King and didn't want to quit since I can't remember the last time I lost on king. I hate playing with this Civ since my production is terrible. I managed to save the city by doing a bread & circus in a neighboring city. I have since taken half of their cities and am on my way...
I lost my capital around 100 turns ago and reclaimed it around 70 turns ago. I cannot get it to stop flipping from culture. I am using the +2 gov policy & +2 garrison. Even after putting in a governor city just flips slower. Part of the problem is the -3 from not having a religion and my...
For a few turns I have had positive gold (around 50+) but it is showing me as bankrupt and this turn it disbanded a unit. My gold total is staying at 0. I didn't see any spy notices. I did have trade routes plundered 2 turns ago and not sure if that gets taken from me as some debt or what. Any...
