I was never a barbarian fan before this, and always wanted them to do something with the barbarians. So much better than they were, that even though it's not perfect, I'm still enormously grateful, and finally happy to play a game without switching barbarians off. :)
Hopefully the devs will...
You gonna share it here when you're done? Interested in what you have to say.
Playing with the barbarian's improvement is a better experience than normal barbs by far, and I can never play the old way again, but that being said, the barbs turn into CS's too quickly, and perhaps new barb camps...
I do think that barbarians convert to CS's too quickly. I'd like more time to flesh out the experience before they become civilized, lol!
1. Not so far, but I do like the idea of barbarians with elephants.
2. I've had someone incite barbarians onto me, and then experienced a pretty intense...
Europe really has plenty of civs in it, at least compared to other regions of the world. Of course, there's still plenty of good choices there, there's only so many spots available for civs, and I would like a little more representation elsewhere. Overall Asia also has plenty of civs, but being...
A civ like the Inuit would certainly be a unique strategy, so that might actually be very cool (excuse the pun). I think there's a better chance for Portugal, like some of you mentioned.
Yeah, I did expect that there would be something on them, but guess this is meant to be a complete surprise, then? Whoever they are, I'm very happy with the long list of playable civs as it is.
I'm just so grateful that the Devs finally did this, and I can't imagine myself going back to playing without this mode switched on. Before this I almost always had the barbs turned off, as I was unhappy with how they worked in the game in the past, and so decided to play without them until they...
I've not been able to keep up with the community for a time, so I've probably missed some vital info here, but any leaks or well founded speculation about who the very last civ/leader will be?
There was a leak? Well I got it right then! That does leave my guess at either Portugal or Iroquois/Haudenosaunee, then for the very last one. One more Native American civ would be very welcome, though personally I might prefer the Navajo.
As for architecture, to me Vietnamese architecture...
I think we get two more civs, unless I'm mistaken, so here's a guess at that...
If European: Portugal, or Austria.
If American: Iroquois/Haudenosaunee, or Navajo.
If Asian: Vietnam, or Bhutan.
If African: Swahili, or Morocco.
If Oceania: Noongar, or Papuan (less likely).
My best guess is that...
